Hi there, I'm Marty Ingraham, I have been a General Contractor/Developer for 37 years I'm currently licensed in California and was licensed in Utah. Over the years I have developed properties in: Chatsworth, Woodland Hills, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Oxnard, Ojai, St. George and Port Hueneme.

I truly love what I do, making every project unique and more creative then the last. I'm always exploring ways to reuse and repurpose items when feasible to make each home have its own one-of-kind feel. Having an open mind and creative spirit allows for me to use green building techniques when it makes sense from a logical and budget aspect.

Most of the homes I build are spec homes, and I am very grateful for the people who have purchased from me over the years.
